Service Team

We believe at Surface Preparation Asia that it is not only important to sell you a quality machine whether it be new or used but to also offer you long term peace of mind. Over the past years we have invested heavily in the training of our engineering and service team (now totaling 12 engineers). These investments include several overseas trips to suppliers for OEM training, and also on the job training whilst installing and refurbishing machines.

We have several staff that are specialized in certain areas such as PLC work, Electrical engineering and Mechanical engineering whom have many years of experience in there fields. They have worked on 100's of installations in and around South East Asia. We also have 2 directors who have worked in the Rosler engineering department in Europe prior to joining us in Asia whose knowledge and experience can drawn from whenever the need arises.

We also carry a good inventory of spare parts for the machines we work with. What we do not have available ex-stock, we can acquire from the OEM, on a very short turn around when needed.

We are sure we have a solution to any problems that can arise!

Blasting Services

We have recently installed a blast room and are now offering our shot blast service at competitive rates. The blast room capacity is 3.65m x 3.65m x 2.1m high.

If it fits in, we can blast it!

Spare Parts

Surface finishing equipment is subject to a considerable amount of wear. For this reason, preventive maintenance and prompt supply of spare parts are a key requirements for any surface finishing installation. We maintain a sizeable inventory of spare parts ensuring fast availability. If we do not have the part you need in stock, we can get it quickly, whether for Rosler equipment, or for equipment manufactured by others.

Lining Repairs

The lining on the bowl of your Vibratory machine is a critical component, designed to resist the abrasive mechanical/chemical reaction taking place in the bowl. In time, however, linings do succumb to the forces they contain, and to require repair or replacement. When that time arrives, we will work with you to return your equipment to Rosler's factory for re-lining, and can even provide a loaner machine whilst your's is being repaired.
