Who We Are

We are the experts in Surface Preparation and Finishing technology in South East Asia!

We began as In-Spec Corporation, established in 2001 to supply blasting abrasives and services in Johur, Malaysia. We are working with Rosler in Germany, the number 1 manufacturer in the world for vibratory and blasting Surface Preparation and Finishing equipment. In-Spec is the sole agent for Rosler products in Malaysia. Recognizing the need throughout South East Asia, we formed our sister company Surface Preparation Asia (SPA), based in Singapore. SPA was established in 2005 and is the Rosler agent for South East Asian countries, including Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Where SPA does not have offices we work in those countries with agents who hold local stocks for local distribution. Details of offices and agents are on our Contact page.

What We Can Do For You

We can find the right combination of Equipment, Media, and Compounds to provide you with the most cost effective means of consistently meeting your Surface Preparation and Finishing requirements.

Whilst supplying new Rosler machines and systems we have acquired through trade-in, company closures and acquisitions the largest range of used equipment, primarily Rosler, in SE Asia. Prior to offering any used machine for sale, it is fully refurbished to assure that it will perform as designed. We have, under 1 roof. Over 80 refurbished machines, ready for immediate delivery. We offer both sales and rentals of refurbished machines, and will loan you a machine whilst waiting for your new machine to arrive! We also carry the needed media, compounds, abrasives and other consumables in stock.

We also have service technicians available to complete repairs at your facility, or ours, or if warranted, will arrange overhauls at the factory in Germany. Relining of machines is all done in Germany at the Rosler. We can do most other repairs and overhauls either at your facility, or one of ours, using our qualified technicians, and replacement parts from Rosler.

Test and Demonstration Bay

We have over 10 machines permanently installed in our test and demonstration bay to enable sample testing and full scale production runs to ensure our customers are happy before they buy!   With 100's of different Rosler Medias and Compounds in stock we are able to find the best process for your components!

As well as the installed machines we are able to install any machine from stock on short notice so you can see the new or used machine running before you decide.

We also offer training courses to operators and service personnel whom have never used our equipment before so that when a machine arrives at your factory your staff Know how to run and look after your new equipment.

Special Offers

Whilst supplying media and compound for over 6 years, there have been several times when companies we supply have closed or changed there process, when this happens we are sometimes left with certain medias and sizes which are not popular and are left in our stocks for some time. After 1 year we will advertise them at heavily reduced price's to clear space for new products and stocks.

We also have some customers using large plastic media such as 50 P and when it gets smaller (30P) it cannot be used in their process and so we buy it back and re-offer it to other customers looking to reduce there costs. In Europe it is the same and we are sent occasionally stocks from other Rosler branches which we can offer at special prices.
